The Heights Hotel Killarney started out as Curraheen Hall, a very elegant farmhouse of which the original building dates back to the 1800’s.
The O’ Riordan family purchased the property in 1973 and ran the establishment as a small hotel named the Castle Heights.
Since 1996 the Hotel has been well known for its growing excellence of Carvery dinners. Most recently The Heights has been crowned Ireland’s Best Carvery hotel venue in 2015, 2016 and 2017 in the Carvery of the Year Competition awards.
It doesn’t stop with Carvery; Head Chef Jamie Cronin was the driving force behind the new Brasserie Menu which launched in January of this year. The innovative Menu was carefully created to offer a unique dining experience in Killarney with comfortable and cosy surroundings.
